Link al Artículo RESUMEN: Se presenta un trabajo de recopilación bibliográfica sobre los factores que afectan el control del apetito. Analizaremos el concepto de apetito, las estructuras implicadas en su regulación así como la fisiología del proceso. Se presentaran otras ideas relacionadas con los factores que afectan a dicha regulación del apetito como son la lesión tisular, el embarazo, el estrés, la regulación a corto plazo y los factores genéticos sin descuidar las enfermedades que implican, y otras patologías relacionadas con el apetito.
